- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon salt or as desired
- 1/2 cup red chile powder
- 1 cup water
- 5 pounds lean pork cubed
- Combine red chile powder, garlic and salt. Add water and mix well.
- Place pork in large, glass, baking dish and pour chile mixture over steaks.
- Cover and refrigerate for 8-24 hours.
- Place drained, marinated steaks in a 350°F oven and roast for 40-60 minutes.
- Serve with heated, remaining Red Chile Sauce if desired.
