Opening date our our San Antonio market for the green chile season Friday, August 14, 2026! Our Los Lunas market will open Wednesday, August 19, 2026. This seasons harvest is getting off to a slow start and produce will be limited in the beginning, if you are looking for a specific purchase please give us a call prior to making your trip to ensure have what you need. Otherwise the crops look great at this point so we are looking forward to a great season.
