OPEN for harvest!

Here is a peek of what our chile field is looking like. We are now open at both of our markets for our 2026 harvest. The chile is a little slow getting started, most likely because of the lack of rain. Our farm Snake Ranch is currently harvesting green chile, tomatoes, cantaloupe, honeydew, summer squash, cucumbers and yellow hots. Some of the other delicious produce we currently have available are local peaches (grown in Los Lunas) as well as onions, garlic and jalapenos. The variety of what we harvest will change often as we progress through the season come see and visit often.
