1 pound prepared posole corn, thoroughly rinsed
10 cups water
1 pound pork roast cubed
5 cups water, approximately
2 tablespoons salt
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ pints Red Chile Sauce

Place posole corn, water cubed pork, salt onion and garlic in a large stewing pot, Bring mixture to a boil at high heat, reduce heat to a low and simmer for 5 hours until corn is tender.
Top with Red Chile Sauce, and serve.
